Fatiha Jillali

Fatiha Jillali, is a young Muslim. Born and raised in Morocco, she came to the US in August'04 to get her MBA degree, which she received in May'06 from Cornell University and since then started working with Grameen Foundation (Microfinance / Poverty alleviation) in Washington, DC as the US liaison for the Middle East and North Africa region.

Fatiha has extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis and is well versed in international affairs. Her native language is Arabic and she speaks English and French fluently. In addition she’s learning Hebrew.

Fatiha holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University, where she was a career mentor and a teaching assistant for two MBA classes: Financial Accounting and Macroeconomics & International Trade.

 

Fatiha's most cherished hobby is painting, as for interests they include (but are not limited to): Sufism, spirituality, art, international development, interfaith / cross cultural dialogue, world music, meditation, yoga and healthy living.
